Savanna did such a wonderful job finding contractors to clean out my mom’s home and have an estate sale, maintain the property, and have it staged. Savanna made the whole process as fun and painless as possible, and my mom’s home sold for over asking with multiple offers. We’re so thrilled. Asking Savanna Hennessey to represent us as our Realtor on the recent listing of our condo on the East Side of Providence was by far the best choice we could’ve made. Savanna is so knowledgeable about the current real estate market and worked with us to list our home at the perfect price point- we received multiple offers the day we listed, and they kept coming. I think this was a result of pricing the home just right to attract buyers and also the beautiful photos (her photographers are awesome) and brochures she created. After a bidding war, we ended up accepting an offer way above our list price- which is exactly what we wanted and hoped for.
